Individualised training program

Follow a proper training program tailored for you and where you are right now. Start with bodyweight strength training and transition into weight training to ensure you get as strong and athletic as necessary.

One-on-one coaching calls

Each month you have a 60-minute momentum call and a 20-minute power strategy call to work on your training and strategy. We work through challenges and create a plan for the month ahead. These are the secret sauce to your success.

Group coaching calls

There is a series of live coaching classes each month. We cover exclusive topics or concepts like vision, mindset, training, nutrition, and recovery to support your journey and help you achieve your goals. Also meet other badass Warriors.

Online community

A private online community, full of other badass Warriors, where you can connect with other Warriors, share wins and ask questions. This also has a library of all past call recordings (she’s like this circle of inspiration).

Challenges and Quests

Participate in group challenges or quests that push your limits, accelerate your results and help you fall in love with training.

Live online and offline events

The Warrior School one-to-one coaching program is $450 CAD per month for twelve months.

What happens after the twelve months?

Stay in the program and continue working with me one-on-one on a rolling monthly membership (cool fact: currently 80% of Women in WS have been with me for over two years).
Or
Have the opportunity to transition out of the premium coaching program and into the Warrior Graduation Program. The graduate program is $229 per month and is only for Women who have worked with me for at least a year, and/or who I believe are ready to graduate.

Leave the program and cancel your membership

SO WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I JOIN?

If your application is successful and you join Warrior School (WS), you’ll get a one-on-one call with me to kick off our work together. We’ll do a movement assessment to get clear on where we start with your training program and we outline an early plan for your nutrition.

From here you’ll get an onboarding package and a series of welcome videos to show you around the school. Here you’ll be able to connect with your fellow Warriors, join online group coaching calls, and work through education modules on vision, mindset training, and nutrition, and you’ll soon receive a package in the post. The first thing you’ll notice… is how much it feels like home.

Each month, you have two one-on-one coaching calls with me, a 60-minute momentum call and a 20-min power meeting call, alongside monthly group coaching calls and workshops. Most of our communication will happen via your training application.

I LIVE INTERNATIONALLY. CAN I STILL JOIN WARRIOR SCHOOL?

YES. I work with Warriors all over the world – Australia, UK, Europe, Canada, US. I vary the live coaching call times so that you can attend live. However, if you can’t make the calls, all call recordings are posted on our community platform within 24-hours. I also offer you a variety of coaching call times for your private coaching.

I HAVE AN INJURY. CAN I STILL DO THE TRAINING?

Of course! Injury is kinda my thing. It’s been a big part of my story and is a big part of my work. It can be hard to start training again after an injury. But, what helped me the most was getting a plan.

When I create a plan for the women I start working with who have an injury we focus on rehabilitation, range of motion and mobility, stability, and strength.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

Warrior School is designed as a 12-month program. It has a minimum 12-month time investment. I know you’ll find so much value, you won’t wanna leave. Cool fact: 80% of the women in WS right now have been with me for over two years. After the 12-month program you can stay in the premium coaching program and continue to work with me one-on-one, leave WS or graduate into the graduation program.

WHAT IF I JOIN AND DON’T LIKE IT?

The application process is rigorous to get into Warrior School. There are a lot of pre-reqs to get in. So, if you’ve been accepted into WS it’s highly likely that it’s the right fit and I think you’ll love it here. But if for some reason it’s not for you, after the 12-months you can cancel any time — just give me 2 weeks’ notice and there are no hard feelings. If you cancel within the first 12-months, you won’t be able to re-apply until 12 months after your original application.

WHAT’S THE TRAINING LOOK LIKE?

You have two one-one-one coaching calls with me each month. A 60-minute momentum call and a 20-min power meeting call. These are the secret sauce to your success, so you don’t wanna miss them. You have the option of training three to five days a week. Your sessions are between 45-75 minutes in length. Each week there is a 60-minute live group coaching call that I recommend you join. There is also a library of resources and call recordings on various topics to support you on your journey.
