There wasn’t anything stopping me from joining Warrior School. Training and movement are important parts of my life, so joining was an easy decision. It does require time and money, but when something matters this much, it becomes a priority.

Warrior School has been an eye-opening experience. It helped me understand the movements that work best for me and taught me to listen to my body. I also learned how to eat better to fuel my workouts.

The training app is amazing. My programs are clearly laid out with instructions from Amy, which makes everything easier. I can add videos and notes to the app during my workouts, and Amy’s feedback helps me track my progress and plan my sessions.

The community of women in Warrior School is inspiring. Seeing others achieve their goals motivates me. The resources on Circle and the monthly events help us connect and keep growing. The check-in calls are great for discussing training and life in general.

Would I recommend Warrior School? Definitely. Amy’s support goes beyond training; it covers all aspects of life. The group training calls and podcast episodes are very impactful.

A recent podcast made me realize I was delaying job applications for perfection. It pushed me to set a deadline and take action, even if everything wasn’t perfect.

Warrior School isn’t just about great coaching; it’s about having someone who truly cares about your overall well-being. It’s a community of like-minded people who support and uplift each other.

When I was considering joining Warrior School, one of the biggest obstacles on my mind was time. At the time, I was nine months postpartum with my third child, and my schedule was all over the place. I didn’t have much consistency with my training; I was lucky if I managed to train once or twice a week. The thought of committing to a 12-month program seemed daunting.

Also, at that point in my motherhood journey, I was low on energy and lacking sleep. However, I realised that I needed it more than ever. I wanted to learn how to build more energy for myself.

Joining Warrior School brought me so many benefits. I realised that the stories we tell ourselves can hold us back. I used to believe I didn’t have the energy or strength to build muscle and return to running after having kids. But Warrior School helped me reframe these beliefs and achieve much more than I thought possible.

I have already achieved my initial vision, including doing a strict pull-up and completing a triathlon. Now, I’m recreating my vision with even higher goals.

The personalised approach at Warrior School is incredibly efficient. Having a coach to work with one-on-one, and creating a plan tailored to my life, made all the difference. The momentum and power calls stood out for me. They helped me stay on track, adjust my plan when necessary, and maintain my progress.

There are other benefits, too. The education on nutrition and metabolism has been invaluable. I learned how much more we need to eat to build a strong foundation.

The quarterly brunch clubs, mastermind series, and live events added a unique, vibrant, and playful element to my self-development journey. Connecting with other Warriors on the same path has been inspiring.

I wholeheartedly recommend Warrior School. Amy’s knowledge of training, nutrition, and mindset, combined with her playful and vibrant approach to self-development, makes this program exceptional. As a coach myself, I’ve learned so much from Amy, especially about the art of coaching and personal development.

Joining Warrior School has been transformative for me. It’s not just about getting stronger physically but also about becoming more grounded, calmer, and a better mom.

If you’re considering joining but have obstacles in your mind, remember that investing time in yourself can have profound effects on your family and your life.

When I first considered joining Warrior School, I faced several mental obstacles that almost stopped me in my tracks. I thought I didn’t have enough time and lacked the perfect gym setup. I believed I needed everything to be ‘just right’ to start.

But really I had been hesitant to start because I was so low on energy and feared overexerting myself, again. What convinced me to start despite these doubts was a mentor’s advice: investing in myself would ripple positively through my personal and professional life. I saw it as a business investment initially, a way to improve my coaching.

Joining Warrior School has transformed my life. Through personalised sessions and one-on-one calls, I learned to connect deeply with my body and confront the stories that held me back.

One significant change I’ve noticed is my increased confidence in my body. I no longer obsess over external validation but trust my own judgment and progress. I’ve become more consistent, shedding the all-or-nothing mindset that used to dictate my approach to exercise.

The practice at Warrior School taught me that results come with patience and consistency. I’ve grown stronger physically and mentally, overcoming old habits of self-doubt and fear around movement.  I’ve trained consistently for almost two years.

The personalised approach, expert guidance, and supportive community at Warrior School have been invaluable. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking to transform their relationship with movement and achieve lasting change in their lives.

In just ten weeks, I lost nine pounds and 11.5 inches across key measurements, including nearly two inches off my hips and waist.

Warrior School isn’t just about workouts and meal plans; it shifted my entire approach to training and fitness. Five years ago, the focus was all about losing weight. The scale dictated success.

I tried extreme calorie deficits, consuming just a third of what I needed, combined with intense CrossFit sessions in the morning and HIIT classes in the afternoon. While this drastic approach showed some initial results, it left me starving, leading to binge eating.

Everything changed when we approached my goals differently. Instead of starvation and over-exercising, we focused on eating enough food and strength training four times a week.

One crucial realisation was that to see real body composition change, I needed to address all the stresses in my life—mental health, personal, business, and family stress.

This year, during our second challenge, we focused on building strength, not just losing weight. For the first time, I felt comfortable buying a smaller pair of jeans and wearing clothing that highlighted my newfound shape.

I now carry myself with my shoulders back and a straighter posture, feeling more comfortable and less concerned about my midsection.

I am no longer obsessed with the scale. My goals now revolve around what I can lift and how strong I can become, not just the number on the scale. I can’t wait to build more muscle and get stronger

At first, the financial commitment made me hesitate about joining Warrior School. But what convinced me to invest was the focus on foundational training—starting from scratch instead of diving into intense workouts right away.

Joining brought me more than just fitness; it was a community where I found a tailored coach who understood me, my body, and my challenges. Dealing with injuries became manageable; I learned to navigate them with personalised guidance.

The most remarkable aspect was the intimacy and attention given to each warrior. Feeling seen, heard, and understood made the journey transformative. It instilled a practice I stick to—even on tough days, I show up.

The tailor-made programming and adaptability stood out. If something didn’t work, there was always room for adjustments or alternatives. Plus, the grounding approach of earning each move made it more effective.

I wholeheartedly recommend Warrior School. It’s not just about workouts; it’s about building a relationship with someone who cares about your long-term health and goals. Two years flew by, and I can’t imagine life without it. The app, the communication, the personalised attention—every woman, regardless of age, should experience this.
