Q – “As a coach, how do you lead your clients when they feel they don’t have the capacity to change their energy leaks? i.e.: Relationships, kids, work, finances. As in, they can’t see a way out of their stress”
AND
Q – “What if you can see that a client is stressed but won’t acknowledge it or adapt?
Would it be asking them how her food intake, sleep, etc., to get them to dig deeper?”
