In today’s episode, I speak with Warrior, Nadine Allaham. Like so many women I work with, Nadine had punished herself for years through overtraining, restriction and diets. Over the last year, she’s learnt how to have a positive relationship with training and her body. We talk about her biggest ‘a-ha’ moments over the last year and how she’s learnt to enjoy the process.
