The meal after you train gets alotta of focus. She’s called the magic window and she gets the spotlight. But. What’s more important than the magic window is how you fuel yourself over the entire day.
If you are consistently feeding your body protein over the day, and at adequate amounts, that has a much more profound effect than hyper-focusing on one meal.
In today’s episode, I talk about how to fuel well over the entire day. I also share key targets that you need to hit to fuel well before and after training and the importance of the magic window.
