this is my story

Thirteen years ago, I first trained with my coach at the time, Jules. I was following his program closely.

But like it always goes when someone shows you a new way of doing things—some doubts started to creep in.
And the more I ignored them, the stronger they got.

I realised that up until that point, I had been going about my training alllllll wrong. And for years, I cared way too much about what other people thought.

I was focused on the number of reps. The number of sets. And eating clean, and getting the right amount of cardio.

But for years, I wasn’t getting results.

I was stuck. And I
didn’t know what to do.

I had a Bachelor in Exercise Science.
I was about to start my Master’s in Dietetics.
I’d trained my whole life—gymnastics, dance, field hockey, long-distance running.
But I didn’t know what to do.

Jules showed me how I had done a lot of the right things… but with the wrong approach.
