How do I start training again after an injury?
If you haven’t trained for over 3-months, you might be a little lost
Especially if it was a proper injury that kept you from training
Injury has been a big part of my story, and is a big part of my work
The physical rehabilitation of an injury or pain is pretty simple (not easy)
What we find hard is the emotional part of our injury
You have this idea of where we should be in our training
Then we realise that we can’t do what we’ve been doing any longer
Our body has reached its threshold
And it can be really hard letting go of how we trained before
