I’ve worked with 100‘s of women and had 1000’s of conversations, and a lot think they are not dieting.
But when we dig into their relationship with food, they realise that they are pursuing “wellness” or “health” in a way that looks very much like a diet.
Basically diet culture erodes trust.
In the search for the “right” way we have stopped listening to our bodies.
We aren’t confident eaters.
