Esther has her Masters in Sport and Exercise Physiology.
Esther’s final research project at university focused on the female athlete, where she investigated the effects of the menstrual cycle on running economy.
But, prior to that to that she was an elite contemporary dancer.
Esther is a sports scientist working for Orreco, a sports science and data analytics company.
She primarily works in the daughter branch of the company that focuses on the female athlete known as FitrWoman.
They created the world’s first app to help women train in tune with their menstrual cycle.
Fitrwoman is changing the way females train, prepare and recover.
FitrWoman helps you track your menstrual cycle and provides personalized training and nutritional suggestions tailored to the changing hormone levels throughout your cycle.
