Why your cycle is an important tool for your training
This episode is for women who train and want to understand how their cycle is a tool to support their training.
Our hormones change during our cycle. At the start of our cycle we can train harder and longer, recover better and build strength easier.
Towards the end of our cycle our hormones are their lowest, we may need to be more mindful with our training, it takes longer to recover and we crave more rest.
Most women don’t know their cycle. They think their cycle works against them when it comes to training. But it is our superpower.
It is a TOOL to use to help us get the results we want in our training.
In this episode I will talk about why your cycle is an important tool for your training.
