Today I am joined by Kate Gordon. Kate lives in Newcastle, Australia. She joined Creator Club – a business coaching membership I’ve been apart of for over a year, a couple of months ago, and, after a few conversations together in breakout groups, I knew I wanted her on the podcast.
Kate runs a nutrition coaching business (@cfknutrition) and creates programming
(@cfkprogramming) for people training on their own, as well as affiliates. She also has a podcast called Gone Rogue which is 90% relationships and 10% CrossFit.
She’s been Crossfitting for 11 years and working on CrossFit Seminar Staff for 8 years. She competed at the CrossFit Games in 2015 and 2019.
