Kelsea is one of the coolest women I know. A lawyer, wife, mother, and leader in her community – she’s on a mission to learn how to support her body for decades of full living!
After a very hard 6-years, full of stress and trauma, Kels found herself _feeling very defeated, weak, and imbalanced often to the point of pain. _
She was frustrated that she couldn’t use her body to carry her through her life on her own terms.
So, she took action! She got support with her nutrition from Josh and Jeanne, and “binged” listened to the Warrior School Podcast.
And I’ve had the privilege of leading her in her training (and health) for the last 11-months.
