Recently I had a conversation with my business coach about the importance of persistence. So, in this episode, I talk about why persistence, and how your ability to persevere in the face of obstacles, is the key to your success in training (and life).
But, we need more than just persistence. It’s the blend of PASSION AND persistence that’s the key! If you want to get stronger and feel great in your body you need both passion AND persistence.
