In this workshop:

I will guide you to the same process I used with high-level Warrior School clients so you know exactly where to put your focus now, and in the future. (Think of it as your training MRI — a full-body scan for how you train.)

Essential to build lean muscle mass, improve body composition, and train with more confidence. You’ll get a recording of this, so you can go back over your Training Scan at any time to keep making progress.

Know what you need to focus on for the short term and the long term.

There will be time at the end where you could ask training queries.

Know how to keep making progress, season after season with your very own copy of the training implementation plan.
